Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

  • Express Delivery – approx. 3 business days

  • Priority Delivery – approx. 2 business days

📍 Deliveries to remote or non-mainland areas may take slightly longer.

Small-to-Medium Orders (up to 25kg):

  • Shipped via secure courier services

  • Jewelry is wrapped and cushioned to avoid damage

  • Select a preferred delivery date at checkout (when available)

Larger Orders (25kg+):

  • Rare for jewelry, but we’ve got you covered

  • May require a courier with special arrangements

  • Delivery to an accessible location may be necessary

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends & public holidays

Order Cut-Off Times:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same day

  • Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next business day
